Robert is a Senior Admissions Advisor at International TEFL Academy where he discusses the world of English education with future teachers.
Previously, he worked with VIPKID as an English teacher and trainer. He was voted as one of three top teachers at VIPKID in 2017, out of thousands of teachers, and was flown to Beijing to meet with Cindy Mi, the CEO of VIPKID. He was invited to partake in multiple events with VIPKID both in Beijing and in Chicago.
He also spent two years teaching English in the Basque Country of Spain and in South Korea. He earned his bachelor’s degree in linguistics from Southern Illinois University and has a passion for helping educators reach students and exploring the world.
When he’s not traveling (or dreaming of traveling) – you’ll probably catch Robert taking a stroll along Lake Michigan with his wife, playing tennis, or cozying up with a blanket, a nice cup of coffee, and his cats during Chicago’s cold winters.
